Saudi Arabia Says It Reserves the Right to Take All Measures to Protect National Security

Jeddah:Saudi Arabia** has reaffirmed that it reserves the right to take all necessary measures to safeguard its national security and sovereignty.
The statement came during a virtual cabinet meeting chaired by **Mohammed bin Salman**, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, where regional tensions in the **Middle East** were discussed.
During the meeting, the Saudi cabinet emphasized that the Kingdom has the full right to take any steps required to protect its security and territorial integrity.
According to Saudi media, the cabinet also praised the capabilities of the Kingdom’s air defense systems, noting that they successfully thwarted attempts to target key facilities.
The cabinet strongly condemned attacks attributed to **Iran** against Saudi Arabia, Gulf countries, and other Arab states. It stressed that attacks on civilian targets and oil installations constitute a clear violation of international law.
The cabinet further welcomed the joint ministerial meeting between the **Gulf Cooperation Council** and the **European Union**, and appreciated the resolutions adopted during the meeting of foreign ministers of the **Arab League**, which condemned Iranian aggression. 🌍
