Saudi Defense Minister Warns Iran Against Actions Threatening Regional Security

Islamabad: Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman Al Saud held discussions with Pakistan’s Chief of Defence Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir, regarding joint measures under the strategic defense agreement to prevent potential attacks from Iran.

Speaking on X (Twitter), Khalid bin Salman emphasized that the meeting highlighted how aggressive actions by Iran could undermine regional security and stability.

He stated, “Attacks by Iran on the Kingdom could impact regional peace and stability. We hope the Iranian leadership will exercise wisdom and avoid any miscalculations or provocative actions.”

The discussions reaffirmed the commitment of both countries to strategic cooperation and proactive measures to maintain security in the region.
