Protests in Balochistan End; Government to Release Detained Employees, All-Parties Delegation Announces

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily):** In a meeting between the government delegation and an All-Parties delegation, it was announced that ongoing protests across Balochistan would be called off as a goodwill gesture, while the government decided to release all detained employees.

The All-Parties delegation included leaders from the Awami National Party (ANP), National Party, Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Key members present were ANP provincial president Asghar Khan Achakzai, National Party central vice president Dr. Ishaq Baloch, PkMAP provincial president Nasrullah Khan Zire, PTI’s Salam Agha, HDP leader Ismat Yari, ANP leader Sanaullah Kakr, National Party’s Mir Inayat Bazdar, employee representatives Ismail Kasi, and NDM’s Inayat Shah.

On behalf of the Balochistan government, the authorized committee included Provincial Minister for Finance and Minerals Mir Shoaib Nosherwani, Provincial Minister for Education Raheela Hameed Durani, Provincial Minister Ali Madad Jatak, PPP leader Syed Iqbal Shah, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary Imran Zarkoon, and Special Secretary Finance Arif Khan Achakzai.

It was decided during the meeting that a joint session of All-Parties leaders and the government committee will be held on February 12 to formulate a strategy for resolving all pending issues.
