Balochistan Food Authority Launches Digital Reforms with Live Operation Monitoring and Digital File Tracking System

Quetta: Haji Noor Muhammad Damr, Provincial Minister for Food and Chairman of the Balochistan Food Authority (BFA), announced the launch of digital reforms aimed at modernizing the authority and aligning it with contemporary standards. The announcement was made during the inauguration of the Live Operation Monitoring System and Digital File Tracking System at the BFA headquarters.

The minister stated that, in line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Balochistan, these initiatives will enhance food quality, transparency, and effective monitoring across the province. The introduction of modern digital systems is expected to bring transparency to administrative processes while enabling faster and more efficient service delivery to the public.

Haji Noor Muhammad Damr emphasized that the provincial government is committed to continuing the reform process within the BFA. The Live Operation Monitoring System will allow real-time oversight of field activities, while the Digital File Tracking System will eliminate delays in office operations and strengthen accountability mechanisms.

During the event, BFA Director General Waqar Khurshid Alam provided a detailed briefing on various aspects of the new systems, highlighting their key role in improving the authority’s overall performance.

The provincial minister also praised BFA officers and staff for the timely implementation of these digital reforms, stressing that the effective use of modern technology will further strengthen the food safety system and ensure the public has access to safe, high-quality, and nutritious food. He reiterated that the BFA will continue to uphold the principles of transparency, efficiency, and public service while maintaining strict standards for food quality.
