Massive Protest in Turbat Demands Reopening of Border as Thousands Face Shortages

**Turbat (Daily Qudrat):** Thousands of affected families took to the streets of Turbat in a major protest rally against the closure of the border, which started from Ghulam Nabi Chowk and concluded at Shaheed Fida Chowk. The rally was led by border movement leader Sardar Wali Yalan Zei, with significant participation from traders and laborers.
Protesters said the border closure has left thousands of families struggling for basic necessities, accusing the government of making empty promises and offering only symbolic gestures.
Speakers revealed that while vehicles have passed through the Sorab-Mand border, no vehicle has returned to bring back fuel, and Iranian vehicles are still not being allowed entry. They demanded that the border be restored to its previous functioning at the Abdui crossing point, warning that the protest could expand if their demands are not met.
