Balochistan’s Development Linked to Peace, Terrorist Plots to Be Foiled: CM Mir Sarfaraz Bugti

A grand jirga was held in Dera Murad Jamali under the auspices of FC Balochistan 114 Wing Sui Rifles, attended by Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, Governor Sheikh Jafar Khan Mandokhail, Corps Commander Balochistan Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem, IG FC Balochistan, IG Police Balochistan, Chief Secretary Shakil Qadir, and other senior military and civil leadership.

The event also saw participation from provincial ministers including Mir Asim Kurd Fello, Parliamentary Secretary Excise and Taxation Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri, Provincial Labour Advisor Sardar Baba Ghulam Rasool Umarani, Parliamentary Secretary S&GAD Abdul Majeed Badini, former provincial ministers, members of the provincial assembly, district and divisional administration, Commissioner Nasirabad Salahuddin Noroozi, Commandant Sui Rifle Colonel Usman Aslam, tribal elders, business community, minority representatives, civil society, students, and local dignitaries.

Hosted by FC Balochistan 114 Wing, with stage coordination by Wing Commander Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Rizwan Tayyab, the jirga focused on law and order, tribal harmony, development priorities, and public issues. A joint commitment was made to ensure sustainable peace and prosperity in the region through mutual cooperation.
