Complete Ban on Zarang Rickshaws in Quetta; 98 Impounded in 5 Days, Says Traffic Police

Quetta (Daily Qudrat) — The district administration has imposed a **complete ban on Zarang rickshaws** within the city limits of Quetta. These rickshaws, cited as a major cause of traffic congestion and disorder, have come under strict action by the traffic police.

According to a traffic police spokesperson, **98 Zarang rickshaws have been impounded** in the past five days under **Section 115/MVO**, with enforcement being carried out rigorously.

Authorities stated that further operations will continue to ensure smoother traffic flow and reduce difficulties faced by city residents. The move aims to improve urban mobility and maintain order on Quetta’s roads.
