Man Arrested for Slitting Throat of Rival in Qila Saifullah Over Old Enmity

**Qila Saifullah:** Police have arrested a suspect involved in the brutal killing of a man over an old enmity near Humayun Pump, officials confirmed on Wednesday.

According to police, **Kamal Khan Dotani**, a resident of Zhob, was taken into custody for allegedly murdering **Rehman Dotani** by slitting his throat. The arrest was made during a timely operation led by **SHO Ismatullah Ghilzai**, **Additional SHO Raheemuddin Kakar**, **Duty Officer Abdul Hadi Askar**, and **Mulla Khair Kakar**.

Initial investigations indicate that the murder was fueled by longstanding animosity between the two individuals. Police have recovered the knife and other tools used in the crime from the suspect’s possession.

Authorities said further legal proceedings are underway, and the FIR is being processed. Police have assured that the accused will be presented before the court and that justice will be ensured.
