Local Government Rest House Set Ablaze in Chagai

CHAGAI (Qudrat Daily): Unknown armed men allegedly vandalized a Local Government rest house in Union Council Ziarat Balanosh of Chagai district, took away valuables and later set the building on fire, police sources said.

According to police, the incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Chagai Police Station. The armed men reportedly entered the rest house, damaged property and allegedly took valuable items with them.

The attackers subsequently set the rest house building on fire, causing damage to the structure and other belongings.

After receiving information about the incident, administration and police officials reached the site, collected evidence and launched an investigation.

Police said the exact extent of the financial loss and other details would be determined after completion of the investigation.
