Aimal Wali Khan Defines Two New Forms of ‘Ishq’ in Response to PTI Founder’s Claims

**Peshawar (Qudrat Daily)** — Awami National Party (ANP) President *Aimal Wali Khan* has responded to the PTI founder’s notion of *“Ishq” (love)* by identifying *two new types* of devotion — *“Ishq-e-Qaum”* (love for the nation) and *“Ishq-e-Riyasat”* (love for the state).

Speaking to the media, Aimal Wali said, “Some people have *Ishq-e-Qaum* — love for their land and nation. Others have *Ishq-e-Riyasat* — love for the state and its institutions. But now, a new generation has emerged that is in love with the PTI founder. They neither care for the nation nor for the country.”

He criticized the *Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa*, saying that he seems concerned only about the PTI founder’s release. “There is terrorism, lawlessness, and rising Talibanization in the province, yet the government is nowhere to be seen,” he added.

According to *Jang*, the ANP leader said Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been facing a *compromised situation for the past 12 years*, with deteriorating governance and worsening security. “The province is in crisis, but the ruling leadership appears completely indifferent,” Aimal Wali remarked.
