Major Administrative Reshuffle in Balochistan Government — Several Officers Assigned New Posts

**Quetta (Daily Qudrat)** — The **Government of Balochistan** has announced a large-scale reshuffle across provincial departments, issuing new postings and transfers of senior officers. The notification, approved by **Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan**, details new assignments for officers from **Grade 18 to Grade 20** under the **Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD)**.

According to the notification, **Muhammad Ishaq Jamali** has been appointed **Secretary of Urban Planning and Development**, **Hameedullah Nasir** as **Secretary for Culture, Tourism and Archives**, **Muhammad Gul** as **Commissioner Rakhshan Division**, **Mahboob Ahmed** as **Managing Director of B-WASA**, **Mujeeb-ur-Rehman** as **Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar**, **Abdul Razzaq Sasoli** as **Deputy Commissioner Awaran**, and **Izzat Nazir Baloch** as **Deputy Commissioner Zhob**.

In additional postings, **Munir Ahmed Kakar** has been made **Deputy Commissioner Naseerabad**, **Ayesha Zehri** as **Deputy Commissioner Awaran**, **Yasir Dashti** as **Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar**, **Muhammad Arif Zarkoon** as **Chief of Section (Planning and Development Department)**, **Faseel Faheem** as **Deputy Commissioner Sorab**, **Captain (R) Jameel Ahmed** as **Deputy Commissioner Kalat**, and **Captain (R) Zulfiqar Ali Qarar** as **Assistant Commissioner**.

Another notification announced the **promotion of several Superintendents from Grade 16 to 17**, who have been posted in departments including **Finance, Education, Planning and Development, Women Development, Minority Affairs, Sports and Youth Affairs**, and **Social Welfare**.

Moreover, with the **approval of the provincial cabinet**, significant administrative changes have been introduced in the **Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE)**. **Muhammad Azeem Sajdi** has been appointed as **Controller of Examinations**, while **Zia-ur-Rehman** has been posted as **Secretary on a three-year deputation**.

According to the S&GAD, all transfers and postings have been made **in the public interest** to enhance **institutional efficiency** and improve **administrative performance** across the province.
