Balochistan Government Targets ‘Terrorism Support’ and ‘Land Grabbing’: 64 Individuals Placed on Fourth Schedule, Assets Frozen and Travel Banned

**Quetta (Qudrat News):** The Balochistan government has placed **64 individuals** on the **Fourth Schedule** under the **Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) 1997**, following recommendations made by the **District Intelligence Coordination Committee (DICC) Hub** on **October 23, 2025**.

According to a notification (No. SO(Judl:II)8(1)/2025/ATA/6158-81), the individuals are accused of involvement in **terrorism facilitation, land grabbing, extortion, drug trafficking, and other serious crimes**.

Those named include **Ahmad Yar alias Behram Qalandrani, Rahim Mari, Zahid Baloidi, Nazir Rind, Syed Abdul Jami, Abdul Rehman alias Sagar, Muhammad Arif Baloch, Zubair Ahmed, Rahmat, Rahim, Abdullah Lango, Saleh Mohammad, Master Riaz, Mahzeb Baloch, Amna Baloch, Imran Baloch, Iqbal Jamot, Shahzeb Baloch, Taimur, Muhammad Waseem, Naeem, Yasmeen, Mumtaz Ali, Shah Wali, Abdul Wali, Ali Nawaz, Sikandar Ali, Muhammad Amin, Tanveer, Yousaf Khan, Ghulam Sarwar, Dost Muhammad, Naseerullah, Faqir Muhammad, Sajid, Sajid Baloch Soomro, Rahim Hussain, Muhammad Saleem, Imran Baloch, Abbas Ali, Muhammad Siddiqi, Mumtaz Ali, Babar Ali, Ihsan Ali, Shahabuddin, Yasmeen Hameed, Zubair Ahmed, Waseem Akram, Muhammad Yaseen, Abbas Ali, Muhammad Usman, Muhammad Siddiq, Abdur Razaq, Dilwash Mari, Sattar Bugti, Ghafar Bugti, Imdad Bugti, Sher Zaman Mari, Muhammad Ali Bugti, Ali Bakhsh Bugti, Imran Bugti, Azhar Bugti, and Tariq.**

The listed individuals belong to **Hub, Winder**, and surrounding areas, and are accused of **blackmailing through social media, obstructing government functions, blocking roads, and other unlawful activities**.

Under the notification, the government has ordered that **the movement of these individuals be strictly monitored**, and they will be required to **report to their local police or Levies station monthly**. They **cannot travel outside their district without permission**, and their **passports will remain confiscated**.

Additionally, **all assets of the listed individuals will be frozen**, and investigations into their **income sources** will be conducted to verify the legality of their earnings.

The **Home Department of Balochistan** stated that the order will remain **effective for three years**, during which all activities of the individuals will be under close watch. However, they retain the right to **appeal the decision within 30 days**.

Officials described the move as a **significant step in Balochistan’s ongoing counterterrorism strategy**, aimed at curbing illegal activities and ensuring **peace and stability** across the province.
