Quetta: Time to Reject Form-47 Elements in Local Elections, Says Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party

Quetta (Daily Qudrat) — A significant *Olsi Jirga* was held at the residence of Dr. Tahir Baloch in the Shaldarah area of Quetta in support of nominated candidate Haji Abdul Salam Baloch of the Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party. The gathering was attended by local elders, notables, youth, and party leaders.

Addressing the jirga, Provincial Deputy Secretary Abdul Razzaq Baloch, District Deputy Secretary and local government candidate Haji Abdul Salam Baloch, Dr. Muhammad Tahir Baloch, Sardar Habib-ur-Rehman Baloch, and Qari Danish emphasized the importance of the upcoming local government elections to be held on **December 28**.

The speakers said that the public has become politically aware and that it is time to reject corrupt practices, bribery, favoritism, and the misuse of resources by the so-called *Form-47 elements* through the power of the vote. They stated that the Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party has always struggled for public rights, devolution of powers, improved municipal services, and transparent completion of development projects.

They described Haji Abdul Salam Baloch as a dedicated and trustworthy public servant whose victory would be a positive sign for the entire district.

The leaders further alleged that opponents are attempting to influence public opinion using government resources and pressure tactics, but the people will make their own informed decision.
