Grand “Olasi Pasoon” to Be Held in Loralai on November 9: Mabhat Kaka Says Gathering Will Be a Turning Point for Pashtun National and Economic Issues

The **Awami National Party (ANP)** is set to hold a massive **“Olasi Pasoon” (People’s Uprising Gathering)** at **Pashtunistan Chowk, Loralai, on November 9**, which ANP Provincial General Secretary **Mabhat Kaka** described as a **decisive step toward addressing the national and economic challenges** facing the Pashtun homeland.

Addressing an **all-parties coordination meeting** held at the **National Democratic Movement (NDM) office**, chaired by himself, Mabhat Kaka said that the Pashtun nation is currently facing **grave issues**, including the **plundering of natural resources, imposed terrorism, economic marginalization, forced deportation of Afghan refugees, illegal occupation of ancestral lands, insecurity on national highways, and a lack of basic services**.

He emphasized that **all responsible national, political, and religious parties** must unite to raise public awareness and engage in a **collective struggle** to resolve these pressing problems.

Leaders from several political parties and organizations attended the meeting, including the **Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party, National Democratic Movement, Pashtun Zhaghorni Ghurzang, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Nazriati), Jamaat-e-Islami, Azad Panel, Pakistan Peoples Party, Balochistan National Party**, and representatives from the **Traders Association**.

The participants unanimously pledged to make the **November 9 gathering** a **milestone in the struggle for people’s rights and solutions to public issues**. The meeting also reviewed **arrangements for the event**, forming committees such as the **Reception Committee, Announcement and Camp Management Team, and Pamphlet Distribution Committee** to ensure smooth organization.

Mabhat Kaka appealed to the **people of Loralai—especially youth, traders, workers, and students—to participate in large numbers**, saying the Olasi Pasoon represents not any single party but a **symbol of collective struggle and national awakening**.

He expressed hope that the **November 9 event** would emerge as a **manifestation of unity and public consciousness**. Meanwhile, ANP also announced a **workers’ convention** to be held today, which will be attended by representatives from all allied parties.
