Quetta (Qudrat Daily) — **Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch**, Deputy Parliamentary Leader of the Balochistan Assembly and central leader of the National Party, announced that the **Chahlam (40th-day memorial) of martyred Waleed Saleh** will be observed with respect and devotion on **Friday, November 28, in Panjgur**. The event will include **Quran recitation** for the elevation of the martyr’s soul, followed by **Langar (community meal) distribution**.
A **mourning reference** will be held on **Saturday, November 29**, where central, provincial, and district leaders of the National Party, along with leaders from other political parties, will address the gathering. He lamented the **deteriorating law and order in Panjgur and Balochistan**, stating that people’s lives and property are under constant threat from unknown armed motorcyclists, robbers, and extortionists, with **no accountability from administration or police**.
Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch said that even **40 days after the murder**, the killers remain unidentified, reflecting the tragic reality of Balochistan, where **service and commitment to the land are often repaid with blood**. He added that the **history will remember** the dedication, honesty, and love of the region’s peace-loving people, despite the ongoing violence and oppression.
