PM Youth Programme Chairman Meets Balochistan CM Sarfraz Bugti: Joint Commitment to Empower and Educate Youth

Quetta: Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme **Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan** called on **Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti** on Tuesday in Quetta. The meeting focused on **enhancing education, skill development, employment, and intellectual growth** opportunities for the youth of Balochistan.

During the meeting, both leaders agreed to establish **collaboration between the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme and the Chief Minister’s Youth Skills Development Programme** to enhance youth capacity, create employment opportunities, and ensure their active participation in the process of national development.

Chief Minister Bugti emphasized that **the youth of Balochistan are as talented, determined, and passionate as any in the country**, but unfortunately, “a deliberate effort was made in the past to alienate them from the state.” He said that the present government is committed to **restoring hope, stability, and employment** for young people across the province.

He further stated that the provincial government has developed **comprehensive policies** to promote youth education, skills, and employment, adding that **governance flaws should not be blamed on the state itself**, and that **unequal development cannot justify violent behavior**.

“We are engaging with our youth on every platform, understanding their concerns, and convincing them with logic and facts that Pakistan is the ultimate guarantor of their secure, dignified, and prosperous future,” Bugti said.

The Chief Minister underscored that **Balochistan’s historical and social realities differ greatly from those of other provinces**, calling for greater awareness and understanding of the province’s true context. He made it clear that **there is no room for hate or divisive politics**, stressing that **national unity remains Pakistan’s greatest strength**.

CM Bugti reaffirmed that the **State of Pakistan is a sacred trust beyond political affiliations**, and that **the youth are the pride and future of the nation**. “Empowering them is key to a bright and stable future for both Balochistan and Pakistan,” he added.

On the occasion, **Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan** expressed satisfaction over the provincial government’s initiatives under CM Bugti’s leadership for youth welfare and assured **full cooperation and support** from the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme in joint efforts to empower the young generation of Balochistan.
