Undemocratic Governance Pushing Pakistan into Crises; Only Constitutional Supremacy and Implementation of Mahmood Khan Achakzai’s Points Can Save the Country — PkMAP

**Quetta (Qudrat News)** — The **Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP)** has declared that Pakistan’s ongoing crises stem from **unconstitutional and undemocratic governance**, stressing that **the country’s salvation lies in upholding the Constitution and implementing the principles put forward by Mahmood Khan Achakzai**, Chairman of PkMAP and head of the *Movement for the Protection of the Constitution of Pakistan*.

The remarks were made during a meeting of the **PkMAP Quetta District Tehsil Committee**, chaired by **Tehsil Secretary Naeem Pir Alizai**. The meeting was attended by senior leaders including **Deputy Chairman Abdul Rauf Lala**, **Provincial Senior Vice President and District Secretary Syed Sharaf Agha**, **Executive Member Manan Khan Badich**, **Sardar Hayat Khan Mirzai**, **Hazrat Umar Advocate**, **Gul Khliji**, **Iqbal Khan Batezai**, **Hafeez Tareen**, and **Sindh Provincial Deputy Secretary Azad Khan Khliji**.

The session reviewed organizational and political performance reports and finalized plans for upcoming **unit-level elections** and the **52nd death anniversary of Khan Shaheed Abdul Samad Khan Achakzai**, to be observed on **December 2 in Quetta**.

Party leaders emphasized that **governments formed through “Form 47” manipulations have lost public trust** due to incompetence and poor governance. They demanded that **foreign and domestic policy decisions must rest solely with the elected parliament**.

They highlighted the lifelong democratic struggle of **Khan Shaheed Abdul Samad Khan Achakzai**, who championed **constitutionalism, democracy, and the principle of “one man, one vote”**, enduring imprisonment for his ideals. His sacrifices led to the promulgation of the **1973 Constitution**, though he was tragically martyred in a **bomb blast at his residence** later that year.

The leaders reiterated that **Mahmood Khan Achakzai is carrying forward Khan Shaheed’s mission**, continuing the party’s **historic resistance to military dictatorships** and its **current movement for constitutional supremacy**.

The meeting urged party workers to **intensify public outreach campaigns**, spreading the message of democratic restoration and constitutional governance. It also demanded **fresh, transparent, and impartial elections under an independent Election Commission** to ensure the emergence of genuine public representatives in parliament.
