Youth Are Pakistan’s True Asset and Architects of Its Future, Says Acting Senate Chairman Syedal Khan Nasir

**QUETTA / ISLAMABAD (Qudrat Daily)** – Acting Chairman of the Senate, **Syedal Khan Nasir**, has said that the youth are Pakistan’s most valuable asset and the architects of its bright future. He emphasized that the **Parliament serves as a true school of democracy and lawmaking**, offering young people an opportunity to understand the essence of governance and public service.
He expressed these views during a meeting with a **delegation of students from the Balochistan Model United Nations (BMUN)** at the **Parliament House in Islamabad**. The meeting discussed issues related to **Balochistan’s development, promotion of education, national unity, and the constructive role of youth** in Pakistan’s progress.
Syedal Khan Nasir said that **education, research, and positive thinking** are the foundation of a strong and peaceful society. He urged young people to combine **knowledge with sincerity and integrity**, so they can take on leadership roles responsibly.
He added that the **youth of Balochistan are talented and resilient**, and should be encouraged to advance in fields like **modern education, skills development, and technology**, enabling them to contribute effectively to the province’s and the nation’s growth.
Highlighting the importance of the Parliament, he said it serves as a **learning platform for future leaders**, where they can gain insight into **democratic principles, legislative processes, and public service**.
Later, the BMUN delegation visited the **Senate Museum, Gali Dastoor, and Senate Hall**, where they were briefed on the **law-making process, the history of the Senate, parliamentary traditions, and its role in strengthening federal unity**.
The students termed their visit highly informative and thanked **Syedal Khan Nasir** for the opportunity.
