If the Numbers Are Complete, Why Not Move a No-Confidence Motion? Questions AJK Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq

**Islamabad (Kudrat Daily):** Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), **Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq**, has questioned the opposition’s hesitation in bringing a no-confidence motion if they truly have the required numbers.

Speaking informally with journalists in **Muzaffarabad**, the AJK premier dismissed reports about his resignation, stating, “If any party has the numbers, why don’t they move the no-confidence motion?”

He added that he would continue performing his duties as long as he holds constitutional authority. “I will hold a press conference soon where I will discuss matters in detail,” he said.

Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq further remarked, “No-confidence is the beauty of democracy. My true worth will be realized later. I cannot set fire to the house I was born in.”

He asserted that he feels no regret over his performance, emphasizing, “You will not find shame on my face — I am the only Prime Minister who filled the treasury instead of emptying it.”
