Saudi Naval Chief’s Visit to Pakistan to Strengthen Naval Cooperation with Pakistan Navy

Rawalpindi: Vice Admiral Abdulrahman Al-Ghuraybi, the head of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, visited the Naval Headquarters in Rawalpindi, where he held a meeting with Admiral Naveed Ashraf, the Chief of Pakistan Navy.
During the visit, the Saudi naval chief was presented with a Guard of Honor by a disciplined contingent of the Pakistan Navy. The meeting focused on issues of mutual interest, regional security, and expanding bilateral naval cooperation between the two nations.
Admiral Naveed Ashraf highlighted the Pakistan Navy’s role in promoting peace and stability in the region, particularly through regional maritime security patrols and other initiatives. Vice Admiral Al-Ghuraybi praised Pakistan Navy’s efforts in ensuring maritime security and stability in the region. He also expressed confidence in the high-quality training being provided to Saudi cadets at the Pakistan Naval Academy.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to expanding defense relations and strengthening cooperation between the two nations. The visit is expected to enhance bilateral naval ties and elevate collaboration between the armed forces of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to new heights.
