Rapper Talha Anjum Expresses Anger After Bottle Thrown at Him During Concert in Karachi
KARACHI: Renowned Pakistani rapper **Talha Anjum** faced yet another unpleasant incident during a live concert when an audience member threw a glass bottle at him on stage, prompting a strong reaction from the artist.
A video of the incident has gone viral on social media, showing the rapper pausing his performance after the bottle was hurled toward him. Expressing disappointment, Talha said, *“This happens to me in my own country. I’ve performed in Bangladesh, I’ve been to Canada, and even an Indian fan once touched my feet and said, ‘What lyrics you write, what songs you sing.’ But here, in my own country, I’m treated like this.”*
Visibly upset, the rapper addressed the crowd, saying, *“If I walk off stage right now, what will anyone do? The person who threw the bottle is showing his worth — now you show him mine.”* The audience responded with loud cheers and support for the artist.
This is not the first time Talha Anjum has faced such behavior. Similar bottle-throwing incidents have occurred during several of his past concerts.
