QUETTA: In a significant anti-encroachment operation, the **National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan**, acting on the **special directives of Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti**, has recovered over **one million acres of forest land** valued at **Rs13 trillion** from illegal occupants.

According to an official statement, the recovery was the result of **eight months of sustained efforts** by NAB Balochistan across multiple regions of the province. The reclaimed land includes vast tracts of **valuable state-owned forest property** that had been under illegal possession for years.

The **Chief Minister’s Secretariat** stated that the operation was launched under CM Bugti’s direct supervision to protect **Balochistan’s natural resources** and restore **government-owned land** from encroachers.

The large-scale recovery marks one of the most extensive land reclamation operations in Balochistan’s history.
