UAE Makes Passport Cover Page Copy Mandatory for Visa Applications

Dubai: The United Arab Emirates has introduced a new requirement for visa applications, making it mandatory to submit a copy of the passport’s outer cover page.

According to *Jang*, the new rule has been enforced immediately by UAE authorities, and its implementation has also been confirmed by an Ameer Centre representative.

This requirement adds to the existing list of documents, which already includes a passport copy, a clear passport-sized photograph, confirmed hotel booking, and a return air ticket.
