PTI Terminates Membership of Gilgit-Baltistan CM and 12 Assembly Members

Gilgit-Baltistan: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has terminated the basic membership of Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Gulbar Khan along with 12 members of the GB Assembly.
According to a notification issued by PTI’s Additional Secretary General, the members were expelled over charges of violating party policy, forming a forward bloc, and voting against the party’s directives.
Those whose membership has been terminated include CM Gulbar Khan, Shamsul Haq Lone, Raja Azam, Abdul Hameed, Amjad Zaidi, Haji Shah Baig, Suraiya Zaman, and Raja Nasir Maqpoon. Membership of GB Assembly members Mushtaq Ahmed, Dilshad Bano, and Fazal Rahim has also been revoked.
Furthermore, former Governor of Gilgit-Baltistan Raja Jalal Hussain Maqpoon has been issued a show-cause notice.
The expelled members have also been barred from using the party’s name, flag, or designation in any capacity.
