According to the Ministry, the Nusuk Umrah platform offers a seamless, end-to-end digital experience for pilgrims, covering everything from visa applications to booking travel and accommodation services. While approved travel agents are still an option, the platform provides an alternative for those who prefer to make their own arrangements.

The platform is currently available in **seven languages** and is integrated with official government systems to ensure quick processing and reliable service. It also supports **multiple global payment methods** to make the process easier for international users.

Through **umrah.nusuk.sa**, users can apply for an Umrah visa and also book hotel accommodations, transportation, and guided tours — all in one place. For those who may face challenges using the digital system, the website also provides details of authorized travel agents for assistance.

Officials say this initiative aligns with **Saudi Vision 2030**, which aims to enhance the quality of Hajj and Umrah services while accommodating a greater number of Muslim visitors from around the world.
