Tornadoes and Severe Storms Devastate Kentucky and Missouri, 21 Dead

Washington D.C:Powerful tornadoes and severe storms have wreaked havoc across the U.S. states of Kentucky and Missouri, leaving at least 21 people dead and causing widespread destruction, according to international media reports.

The violent storms, accompanied by intense wind funnels, ripped roofs off houses, uprooted trees, and damaged dozens of vehicles. Entire neighborhoods with wooden houses were reduced to rubble, with more than 5,000 structures reported damaged.

Over 300,000 residents have been left without power as utility poles and electrical infrastructure collapsed under the storm’s force. Emergency crews are actively engaged in rescue and relief operations as authorities assess the full scale of the disaster.

Officials have warned that the death toll may rise as search efforts continue in affected areas. The National Weather Service is monitoring the situation closely, with further storm warnings issued for nearby regions.

This latest bout of extreme weather adds to the growing concerns over the increasing frequency and intensity of natural disasters in the U.S.
