Pakistan Army’s Response Reflects Nation’s Spirit Against India’s Cowardly Attacks: Mir Shafiq-ur-Rehman Mengal

Quetta: Chairman of Jhalawan Awami Panel, Mir Shafiq-ur-Rehman Mengal, has strongly condemned India’s unprovoked and cowardly attacks on various cities in Pakistan, praising the Pakistan Armed Forces for their “crushing response” that he says echoed the sentiments of every Pakistani.
In an official statement, Mengal said that Pakistan is one of the greatest blessings of Allah and is as sacred to Pakistanis as a mosque — a place of worship and devotion. He emphasized that India’s cowardly attacks on civilian areas will not weaken the resolve and spirit of the Pakistani nation, which is filled with the zeal of jihad and a desire for martyrdom.
He accused India of hiding behind surprise attacks, calling it the typical behavior of the “Hindu Baniya,” and stated that the Pakistani armed forces — army, navy, and air force — are fully capable of crushing any evil intentions of the enemy.
Mengal further criticized India’s Hindutva-driven ideology, calling it fundamentally anti-Muslim and a threat to regional peace. He accused India of continuous state-sponsored terrorism aimed at destabilizing and breaking Pakistan, particularly through its alleged involvement in violent activities in Balochistan.
He warned India against any misconceptions, stating that attempts to advance its agenda in Balochistan through hired assassins will fail. “Insha’Allah, time will prove that Balochistan is the strongest fortress of Pakistan,” he asserted, adding that every Pakistani, including the youth of Balochistan, is ready to sacrifice their lives for the defense of the motherland.
