NADRA Blocks Thousands of Suspicious Identity Cards in Pishin

Pishin: NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) authorities have blocked a total of 2,670 identity cards in various villages of Pishin district. According to the NADRA office in Pishin, these cards are linked to two categories of cases: one involves individuals who were found to be registered under a different family during the National Reverification Process, and the other pertains to individuals suspected of being foreigners.
The Chairman of the District Level Committee (DLC) and Deputy Commissioner Zahid Khilji has released a list of complex cases. NADRA officials stated that the majority of the blocked cardholders had neither appeared before the committee in the past eight years nor provided their original documents. As a result, the committee decided to block these cards.
