Islamabad High Court Orders Swift Hearing of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s Bail Petitions in Toshakhana Case

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has directed an expedited hearing of bail petitions filed by PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana-2 case.

Justice Inam Amin Minhas of the Islamabad High Court accepted the miscellaneous application for an early hearing of the case. During the proceedings, lawyer Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry requested the court to fix a date for the case hearing. Justice Inam Amin Minhas remarked that the order has already been issued, and the office will schedule the hearing accordingly.

It is pertinent to note that both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi have filed bail petitions in the Toshakhana-2 case, seeking their acquittal.
