“Don’t Be Happy That There Has Been No Reaction; In a Month or Two, All of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Will Rise Up Against You”: Sher Afzal Marwat
Islamabad (Daily Qudrat) — Member of the National Assembly Sher Afzal Khan Marwat has said that he is watching, and in a month or two, all of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will rise up against you. He asked what problem is solved by keeping Imran Khan’s sisters imprisoned. He said that the more injustice is done to Khan, the higher his graph will go.
Speaking to the media, he said: “I don’t know why this government keeps committing follies. Imran Khan is in jail, his wife is imprisoned, Imran Khan’s sisters and nephews are in jail. The more injustice you do to Imran Khan, the higher his graph will go. What problem of yours is solved by keeping Imran Khan’s sisters behind bars? This is injustice, and this injustice must end.”
He said, “You are forcing Pakistanis to take the law into their own hands.”

Sher Afzal Marwat said that they should not be happy that there has been no reaction in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. “There has been no reaction because those who received votes in the name of Imran Khan have filled their own treasuries; abandoning public interest, they have turned their ministries into markets. But if you continue this series of injustice, then the day is not far when — I am watching — in a month or two, all of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will rise up against you.”
Sher Afzal Khan Marwat expressed deep grief and sorrow over the Peshawar school tragedy and said, “What must those parents be going through who sent the pieces of their hearts to school to receive an education? I am a father of children myself; this tragedy has left my heart grieved. May Allah Almighty grant patience to the parents of the martyred children and grant a speedy recovery to the injured.”
