Pakistan Rejects Indian Prime Minister’s Militant Remarks

Islamabad: Pakistan has rejected the belligerent and provocative remarks made by the Indian Prime Minister. The Foreign Office responded to comments by Indian Prime Minister Modi regarding Pakistan’s territorial integrity, stating that such statements from Indian leaders cannot divert attention from the Kashmiri people’s fundamental rights to freedom and self-determination.
A spokesperson for the Foreign Office emphasized that instead of leveling accusations of terrorism, India should focus on its own campaign of killings, insurgency, and terrorism in foreign territories. The spokesperson further stated that Pakistan remains steadfast in safeguarding its autonomy and capability against any aggression, citing its strong response to India’s intervention in February 2019 as a testament to this commitment.
