Maya Ali Breaks Silence on Being Single, Talks About Her Views on Marriage

Karachi:Pakistani actress Maya Ali recently broke her silence on being single during an appearance on a special Ramadan show on a private TV channel, where she was accompanied by her cousins.

When the host asked her about her marriage plans, Maya revealed that her mother strongly desires her to get married. “My mother prays for my marriage in every prayer, but it’s difficult to make elders understand that I can’t marry just because they want me to,” she explained.

Maya Ali further shared her perspective on marriage, stating, “The right time and the right person will come into our lives when it’s meant to be. We talk about faith and beliefs, so why don’t we trust that everyone’s marriage has a set time, and when that time comes, it will happen for each person?”

She also shared an experience where her brother’s marriage led to her being questioned about why her marriage hadn’t happened yet. “I was surprised by that question because marriage happens at the right time. Whenever I meet the right person, I will get married,” she added.

During the conversation, Maya Ali expressed her preference for a partner, saying, “I would marry someone who respects my mother, understands my work, and treats me with the importance that every woman deserves. I have no hesitation in marrying such a person.”
