Karachi:A sensational incident unfolded at Karachi Airport as two Israeli citizens onboard a Dubai-bound flight operated by Flydubai were involved in a dramatic landing, according to a report by The Times of Israel.
Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that among the passengers of a flight destined for Sri Lanka via Dubai, two Israeli citizens were also present. The incident reportedly occurred during a stopover in Karachi, Pakistan’s port city. It is emphasized that Pakistan does not maintain diplomatic relations with Israel.
The Ministry stated that it promptly engaged with “relevant” individuals to ensure the welfare and safety of the Israeli citizens. Shortly after the incident, the flight resumed its journey with the Israeli passengers on board.
