Hazaras Democratic Party Calls for Immediate Removal of B-Form Requirement for Board Exams in Balochistan
Quetta:The Hazaras Democratic Party (HDP) has condemned the recent orders issued by the Provincial Minister for Education, making the B-Form a mandatory requirement for students registering for board exams. The party has described this as a serious injustice and violation of the fundamental rights of thousands of students in the province, urging the Education Department to immediately revoke the B-Form condition.
In a statement, the HDP pointed out that previously, students could sit for their board exams with just a birth certificate, which served as proof of identity. However, with the advent of the current government and the establishment of Assembly Form 47, the situation has dramatically changed. The party described these actions as “impositions” and compared them to a “divine curse” on the province, as the government continues to issue strange and unjust orders on a daily basis.
The statement further emphasized that thousands of students are now unable to meet the B-Form requirement because their guardians have gone abroad for work or other reasons, and many students from remote, underdeveloped areas of the province couldn’t get the B-Form due to lack of awareness or other hardships. The party argued that this new condition is unjust and is putting the educational future of thousands of students at risk.
The HDP strongly asserted that education should be accessible to all, free from unnecessary restrictions or conditions, and that every child should have the right to education. The party called for the immediate removal of the B-Form condition to ensure that no student is deprived of their right to sit for exams and pursue their educational aspirations.
