Hamid Raza Elected Chairman of Human Rights Committee, Ameer Dogar Chairman of Religious Affairs Committee
Islamabad: Hamid Raza has been unanimously elected as the Chairman of the National Assembly’s Human Rights Committee, while Malik Ameer Dogar has been selected as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Religious Affairs.
A meeting of the Standing Committee on Religious Affairs was convened for the election of the committee’s chairman. During the session, Chaudhry Arghman Subhani, a member of the committee, nominated Malik Ameer Dogar for the position of Chairman. The proposal received strong support from other committee members, including Shagufta Jamani and Fazal Mohammad Khan.
Following the unanimous election, the committee members congratulated Malik Ameer Dogar on his appointment as Chairman of the Religious Affairs Committee. In his remarks, Dogar expressed his gratitude to the committee members for their trust and support in electing him to the position.
