Hidayat Ur Rehman Baloch Calls for Political Dialogue, Raises Law and Order Concerns in Kachhi

BOLAN: Jamaat-e-Islami Balochistan Emir and Member of the Provincial Assembly Maulana Hidayat Ur Rehman Baloch has expressed concern over the deteriorating law and order situation in Kachhi district, stressing that political issues can only be resolved through democratic dialogue rather than the use of force.
He made the remarks during a meeting with a delegation led by Jamaat-e-Islami Kachhi District Amir Sanaullah and Deputy Amir Rais Abdul Haq Razi, where they discussed the overall political, social, and security situation in Kachhi and across Balochistan.
Hidayat Ur Rehman Baloch alleged that political representatives in the province were facing restrictions and said suppressing political voices would not help resolve Balochistan’s challenges. He maintained that lasting solutions to political disputes lie in democratic engagement and dialogue.
He also said Jamaat-e-Islami remains committed to protecting the rights of the people and resources of Balochistan and vowed to continue the party’s struggle for public rights.
Highlighting the situation in Kachhi, the Jamaat-e-Islami leader claimed that law and order had significantly deteriorated, alleging that residents, transporters, farmers, and people from various walks of life were being affected by theft and robbery.
He urged the Inspector General of Police (IG) Balochistan to take immediate notice of the worsening security situation in the district and ensure the restoration of law and order.
The party leaders also called for political and democratic activities to be allowed to continue freely and demanded adequate security for elected representatives so they could carry out their responsibilities in accordance with their public mandate.
Maulana Hidayat Ur Rehman Baloch said Jamaat-e-Islami would continue its political and social efforts for peace, justice, and the protection of public rights across Balochistan.
