One Killed, Another Injured in Shooting Inside Civil Hospital in Usta Muhammad
USTA MUHAMMAD: A shooting inside Civil Hospital Usta Muhammad left one person dead and another seriously injured, raising fresh concerns about security at public hospitals in Balochistan.
According to police, the victims belong to the Jamali tribe. One of them died at the scene, while the other sustained serious injuries and was provided medical treatment.
The attackers fled immediately after the shooting and remain at large.
Police officials said the motive behind the attack has not yet been determined. Following the incident, law enforcement personnel cordoned off the hospital and surrounding area to collect evidence and begin an investigation.
Authorities have also set up checkpoints and launched a search operation to trace and arrest the suspects involved in the shooting.
