Balochistan CM Change Rumors Baseless, Decisions Not Driven by Personal Grudges: Provincial Minister Mir Sadiq Umarani
QUETTA – Mir Muhammad Sadiq Umarani, Parliamentary Leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in the Balochistan Assembly and provincial minister, has strongly dismissed media reports suggesting a change in Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, calling them false and fabricated.
Speaking on Wednesday night, Umarani stated that personal grudges against the Chief Minister do not justify any attempt to replace him based on individual desires. He emphasized that PPP, as a major democratic party, makes decisions in an organized manner through party forums and leadership, and no decision regarding a change in Balochistan has been made so far.
He assured that under CM Mir Sarfaraz Bugti’s leadership, the provincial government will continue its efforts for the development, prosperity, and service of the people of Balochistan.
