Pakistan Played Key Role in Promoting Peace During Iran-US Tensions, Says Ziaullah Langove

Quetta: Balochistan Interior Minister and Central Information Secretary of the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP), Mir Ziaullah Langove, has said that Field Marshal General Asim Munir demonstrated wisdom, foresight, and exceptional leadership during the recent tensions between Iran and the United States, helping avert a major global crisis.
In a statement, Langove said that at a time when the region was facing serious threats and uncertainty, Pakistan acted as a responsible state by promoting peace, stability, and diplomatic balance.
He said that under General Asim Munir’s leadership, Pakistan not only contributed to efforts aimed at reducing regional tensions but also sent a positive and constructive message to the international community.
“Pakistan has always been a strong advocate of peace, and its diplomatic efforts to help ease growing tensions between Iran and the United States are commendable,” he said.
Langove further stated that the prudence, strategy, and vision displayed by Pakistan’s military and political leadership during such a sensitive period were a matter of pride for the nation.
He emphasized that Pakistan’s role in maintaining global peace remains highly important and expressed confidence that the country will continue its positive efforts to promote peace, stability, and cooperation in the region in the future.
