MPA Saqib Chadhar and Wife Record Detailed Statements Before NCCIA, Says Lawyer
Lahore (KNN) — Lawyer Mian Ali Ashfaq, counsel for MPA Saqib Chadhar, has said that Saqib Chadhar and his wife have recorded their detailed statements before the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).
Speaking to the media, Mian Ali Ashfaq stated that the questioning session continued for nearly four hours. He said his clients possess “clear and concrete evidence” and that several stages of the investigation are still to proceed.
The lawyer further claimed that dozens of pieces of evidence had been presented before investigators, some of which could also undergo forensic examination. He maintained that his clients themselves were victims in the matter and personally believed they had succeeded in presenting their stance effectively at this stage.
Mian Ali Ashfaq added that they had repeatedly tried to avoid turning the matter into what he described as a “gutter game,” but warned that if others continued in that direction, his clients reserved the right to defend themselves.
