Street Crime Surge Ahead of Eid-ul-Adha as Robbery Video Goes Viral in Karachi

Karachi: Street crime incidents have reportedly increased in the Manghopir area of Karachi ahead of Eid-ul-Adha, leaving residents in a state of fear and concern.

According to reports, a daylight robbery took place on Ijtimah Gah Road where two armed motorcyclists carried out a bold street crime in broad daylight.

A video of the incident has surfaced online, showing that during the robbery, children and sacrificial animals were present in the same street. In the footage, children can be seen attempting to approach the suspects, but locals intervened in time and prevented any harm.

As panic spread and people raised alarm, the suspects reportedly opened fire, creating fear and chaos in the area. The attackers managed to escape from the scene after the incident.

Police said the robbery appears to be an incident from the previous day or a few days earlier. Authorities have launched an investigation and efforts are underway to trace and arrest the suspects involved.
