Mass Public Rally Announced in Chaman for 29 May by Mahmood Khan Achakzai

Chaman: Leaders of the Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, including Central Secretary General Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, Central Additional Finance Secretary Syed Liaquat Agha, Central Secretary Nazim Salahuddin Achakzai, and Provincial Senior Vice President Syed Sharaf Agha, have said that parliamentary system, media, and an independent judiciary have been undermined in the country, alleging that the system is being run under a “Form 47” framework.
Addressing a joint press conference at the party’s district office in Chaman, the leaders said the current situation has created severe challenges for the country and the public is facing serious difficulties.
They stated that the people of Chaman have been deprived of employment opportunities, while the region is witnessing a rise in insecurity.
The leaders announced that on 29 May, party chairman and head of the Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Ayeen Pakistan, as well as Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Mahmood Khan Achakzai, will address a large public gathering at the Government Model High School football ground in Chaman.
They urged the public to participate in large numbers and demonstrate their democratic and political awareness at the rally.
