23 Killed in Road Accidents, Shootings and Other Incidents Across Balochistan

Quetta: At least 23 people were killed in a series of traffic accidents, shootings, and other tragic incidents across different areas of Balochistan, police and rescue officials confirmed.
In the Chagai district, Deputy Superintendent of Police Abid Shirzai said a horrific collision between a car and a bowser on the RCD Highway near Dalbandin resulted in the deaths of 10 people and injuries to six others.
Police sources said the accident occurred when a car coming from Dalbandin suffered a tyre burst, causing the driver to lose control and collide with an oncoming bowser. All passengers in the car were reportedly Afghan nationals traveling illegally.
In another incident in the Khanuzai area near the Nana Sahib tehsil, a loader rickshaw fell into a deep ravine at Killi Mian Shakh, killing five people and injuring 11 others, all residents of Spin Taki Nana Sahib.
Separately, two young men, identified as 24-year-old Hamad and 17-year-old Mohsin, drowned while swimming in the sea at Gadani. In the Hassan Pir area of Hub, one person named Muhammad Gul was killed in firing.
Police also recovered the body of an unidentified woman near Gadani Stop and shifted it to a hospital for identification.
In Nushki’s Killi Jamaldini area, armed assailants stormed a boys’ high school library and opened fire, killing two individuals identified as Nawaz Jamaldini and Muhammad Akram Jamaldini.
In another shocking incident in the Bhag area of Kachhi district, a man opened fire and killed his wife and daughter in the village of Wazoo Lalu Gujar.
Authorities have launched investigations into all incidents.
