Quetta: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) provincial leader Hayat Khan Achakzai has paid rich tribute to the national and military leadership on the completion of one year of the “Battle of Truth” (Marka-e-Haq), terming the success a milestone for Pakistan’s survival and stability.

He added that the achievement will remain a shining chapter in national history, inspiring future generations in patriotism and sacrifice.
Praising the armed forces, Achakzai said Pakistan’s soldiers and martyrs demonstrated exceptional bravery and professionalism, delivering a strong response to enemy aggression. He noted that the armed forces have made the country’s defense “invincible” through discipline and sacrifice.
He also acknowledged the leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, crediting their strategic vision and strong policies for ensuring national unity and stability.
Highlighting military leadership, he said Field Marshal Asim Munir’s command and effective battlefield strategy played a key role in defeating hostile elements, and the entire military leadership deserves appreciation.
The PPP leader further praised Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for his political efforts and firm stance against terrorism at the international level, stating that the PPP leadership has always followed a “Pakistan First” policy and boosted the morale of the armed forces during critical times.
He added that the benefits of the Battle of Truth are most evident in Balochistan, where the government and people have united against India-backed terrorist elements. Under Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti’s leadership, the province is now moving towards a new era of peace and development.
He concluded that Pakistan’s true strength lies in unity, and its survival depends on the strength of its armed forces and loyalty to the state.
