National Party Condemns Arrest of BSO Pajjar Vice Chairman Babal Malik Baloch in Quetta

Quetta: The National Party has strongly condemned the arrest of Baloch Students Organization (BSO) Pajjar Central Vice Chairman Babal Malik Baloch from a polytechnic college hostel, terming it an act of enforced disappearance and a violation of constitutional and human rights.
In a statement, the central spokesperson of the National Party said that Babal Malik Baloch is a responsible office-bearer of a student organization, and his alleged extrajudicial detention raises serious concerns about the rule of law.
The statement strongly criticized such actions, saying they violate fundamental human rights and civil liberties. It added that detaining a political and student leader without any legal justification is unacceptable and further erodes public trust in state institutions.
The spokesperson demanded that if there are any allegations against Babal Malik Baloch, he should be produced before a court and provided justice through a transparent legal process.
The party also called for his immediate recovery, urging authorities to ensure that no individual is subjected to unlawful detention or enforced disappearance, emphasizing that respect for student politics and constitutional rights must be upheld.
