Two Brothers Shot Dead in Quetta Targeted Attack on Kasi Road
Quetta (Daily Qudrat Quetta): Two brothers were killed in a firing incident on Kasi Road in the provincial capital, raising fresh concerns over the deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan.
According to police sources, unidentified armed assailants opened fire in the Kasi Road area, targeting two individuals identified as Saadatullah and Ameenullah. Both sustained critical injuries and died on the spot.
Following the incident, police and rescue teams rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies to Civil Hospital Quetta for legal formalities. After completion of necessary procedures, the bodies were handed over to the family members.
Police have cordoned off the area and launched an investigation to trace the attackers. However, the motive behind the killing has not yet been ascertained.
The incident has created fear and panic among local residents, while authorities are probing the case from multiple angles as part of efforts to identify and apprehend the perpetrators.
