Fiza Ali Apologises Over Viral Clip with Husband, Calls It a ‘Family Moment’

Lahore: Pakistani actress Fiza Ali has issued an apology following backlash over a viral video clip featuring her husband, stating that the moment was a “family interaction” that was misrepresented on social media.
The clip, which circulated widely online, drew strong reactions from different segments of social media users, with many terming it inappropriate.
In her clarification, Fiza Ali said the incident occurred spontaneously during a light-hearted moment on a morning show and was taken out of context. She added that there was no negative intent behind the act, but it was wrongly portrayed online.
Later, in a video statement, she reiterated her stance, saying: “The clip from my morning show is being discussed a lot. It was a family moment with no wrong intention, but it has been given a different meaning on social media.”

She further added that if anyone was hurt by the clip, she apologises for it and respects her audience. She also assured that she will continue to act responsibly in her professional work.
It is worth noting that Fiza Ali recently married for the third time at the age of 41 and has remained in the spotlight. She has also been sharing updates about her husband, Ijaz Khan, with her fans.
In a recent television appearance, she invited her husband to her show, where her daughter Firal was also present. During the show, a light-hearted moment turned viral when her husband lifted her in his arms live on air after she requested him to do so, which sparked mixed reactions on social media.
