Balochistan Home Minister Urges Education as a Tool Against Extremism and Propaganda
Quetta:In a recent statement, Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove emphasized the importance of education in combating extremism and enhancing regional development. He called on the people of Balochistan to embrace education as a mission to dispel darkness and contribute effectively to the province’s progress.
Langove highlighted that education is a powerful tool for overcoming ignorance and fostering growth. He urged professionals across various fields—doctors, lawyers, and teachers—to excel in their respective roles and support Balochistan’s development. He also appealed to parents to actively ensure their children receive quality education, which he views as the key to true success.
Addressing the challenges posed by hate and discord, Langove warned that such sentiments could plunge Balochistan further into darkness. He praised the people of Balochistan for their historical role in advancing Pakistan’s development and expressed confidence that the youth will continue to lead the nation.
Langove reiterated that Balochistan and Gwadar are integral parts of Pakistan, which cannot be separated. He underscored that only a prosperous and developed Gwadar can drive both Balochistan and Pakistan towards progress.
He also criticized external attempts, particularly by India, to undermine Gwadar’s development through negative propaganda and internal discord. Langove condemned acts of vandalism and unrest, which he said could devastate any society. He reassured that the enemy’s attempts to disrupt Balochistan’s progress will ultimately fail, and emphasized the need for unity and resilience in facing these challenges.
