Umair Jaswal Confirms Sana Javed ‘Betrayed’ Him After Her Marriage to Shoaib Malik

KARACHI — Pakistani singer and actor Umair Jaswal has indirectly confirmed that his former wife Sana Javed betrayed him, following her marriage to former Pakistan cricket captain Shoaib Malik.
Umair Jaswal, known for his versatile talent as a singer, composer, and actor, has delivered several memorable performances on Coke Studio Pakistan, including popular songs such as Charkha Nolakha and Sammi Meri Waar.
In addition to music, Jaswal has also appeared in films and television projects, including the movie Yalghaar and the historical drama Moor Mahal.
Umair Jaswal married actress Sana Javed in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown in a simple ceremony. The couple was frequently seen together at public events after their wedding.
However, after months of silence surrounding their relationship, fans were shocked in January 2024 when Shoaib Malik and Sana Javed announced their marriage. The news sparked controversy as many believed both were still married to their respective partners at the time.
Following the announcement, allegations of infidelity were widely discussed on social media. Recently, Umair Jaswal appeared to confirm the claims through a meaningful post on his official Instagram account.
In the post, he shared a quote about unfaithful partners, stating that people who betray their partners should not remain part of one’s life and that such behavior should not be normalized in 2026.
According to reports, Jaswal himself experienced betrayal in a relationship. Many fans supported his statement online, saying that infidelity should be condemned at every level and that people should distance themselves from those who engage in such behavior.
