Anesthesiologist Commits Suicide After Domestic Dispute in North Nazimabad, Karachi

**Karachi** — A 36-year-old anesthesiologist allegedly ended his life by injecting himself following a dispute with his wife in **North Nazimabad**. The deceased, identified as **Aziz**, was a father of two sons.

According to police, Aziz was brought to **Abbasi Shaheed Hospital** in critical condition due to the injection, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

SHO North Nazimabad **Shahid Baloch** stated that Aziz worked as an anesthesiologist and provided services at multiple private hospitals.

Family members told police that the previous morning, Aziz had an argument with his wife. After she left the room and returned a short while later, Aziz informed her that he had administered a self-injection intended to render him unconscious, and that his life would end in 2–3 minutes. She immediately contacted the **Sindh Police** helpline 15, and he was rushed to the hospital via police mobile.

Aziz’s condition deteriorated en route and he passed away during treatment. Police completed procedural formalities and handed over the body to his family, while further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
